1. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to use this site. By using HartLit, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. License & Usage Rights

All content on HartLit is protected by copyright and is licensed for your personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, republish, or create derivative works from any stories, collections, or other content. Access is strictly personal and non-transferable.

3. Intellectual Property

All stories, characters, and content on HartLit are original works owned by Blake Hart / HartLit.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account page.

Refunds:

Because this is a digital service that provides immediate access to the full archive upon subscription, digital goods are considered delivered once access is granted.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and will only be considered if submitted within 72 hours of the initial subscription or payment. After 72 hours, refunds are generally not provided, as it is not possible to verify how much content has been consumed. All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of HartLit.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Sharing your login details with others is strictly prohibited.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
